Volcanic Slopes Vineyards winery produces exclusively a single wine called ‘Pure’. Pure is the realized dream of two men, Manolis Chloridis and Matthew Argyros, who set out to create a wine dedicated to the pursuit of uncompromising quality. A single sip is able to give you a tour around Santorini’s volcanic terroir and introduce you to a new world of pure, timeless elegance.
For the label, we wanted to capture the unique volcanic terroir of Santorini, while honoring the premium flavors of the wine. Our design direction is simple, black and white, and clean reflecting the essence of something so elegantly made.
The final result of the label is simple yet distinctive, like the characteristics of Santorini’s terroir. Τhe depiction of the texture of the volcanic soil is the primary graphic element.
